These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aveenix Express website, mobile applications, and any related software or services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Aveenix Global Ltd.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

Some features require account registration. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your account.

You must notify Aveenix immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

Affiliate Products: sold and fulfilled by third-party retailers. Purchases are completed on the affiliate partner's platform. Returns, refunds, shipping, and warranties are governed by the affiliate partner's policies.

Dropshipping Products: fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Shipping times and returns may vary by supplier.

Aveenix-Branded Products: sold and fulfilled directly by Aveenix or authorised partners.

Multivendor Products: sold by independent vendors on the Aveenix platform. Each vendor may have their own shipping and return policies, disclosed at checkout. Aveenix is not the seller of record for affiliate products.

By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable prices, taxes, shipping charges, and fees displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. Aveenix does not store your payment details.

Additional charges may apply depending on product type, vendor policies, and shipping destination.

Returns, refunds, and shipping are governed by our published policies: the Returns (RMA) Policy, Shipping Policy, and Buyer Protection Policy. Affiliate products are subject to the policies of the affiliate retailer.

All content on the Services — including text, images, software, logos, videos, and design — is owned by Aveenix or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent, except as necessary for normal site usage.

If you submit content (e.g. reviews, comments, feedback), you retain ownership of that content but grant Aveenix a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, modify, and distribute it in connection with the Services.

You warrant that your content is lawful and accurate, does not infringe third-party rights, and is not defamatory, abusive, or misleading.

You agree not to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity; impersonate any person or entity; upload malicious code or harmful content; infringe intellectual property rights; interfere with the operation or security of the Services; or harvest or misuse user data without consent.

The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. Aveenix is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aveenix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.

Aveenix is not responsible for affiliate product quality or delivery, supplier or vendor performance, or delays caused by third parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aveenix harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Aveenix will not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labour disputes, system failures, or government actions.

Aveenix may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, unless otherwise required by law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and where necessary, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
